Aprilia have given their geared 125 range a tickle for 2025, upgrading the four-bike line-up with a smattering extra technology and a cosmetic refresh to sharpen them up. The single-cylinder, four-valve, liquid-cooled motor powering the quartet has now been overhauled to meet Euro5+ standards. In terms of performance, there's 14.8bhp at 10,500rpm and 8.5lb.ft at 8500rpm to play with – which puts the Italian machines at the limit of CBT and A1 licence restrictions. The sportier pair in the foursome, the RS125 sportsbike and Tuono 125 naked continue to use the same aluminium twin spar frame as before – making them the only bikes in their class not to use cheaper steel kit.
