‘Good but not perfect’ There is no denying the GS is a better overall adventure bike than the Tiger. As well as out-performing the Triumph, the BMW is more impressive in bends and has a level of tech that is a generation ahead of what Triumph have armed the Tiger with. But that doesn't necessarily make it the pick of the two in every aspect. With BMW moving the GS towards sportier riding by physically shrinking it and upping its power, this has allowed the Tiger to slip into its own niche in the adventure bike market.
