Lingonsill med gin Sillen får en fantastisk vackert röd färg och god smak av lingonen. 6 portioner • 1 ask hela filéer 5-minuterssill, 420 g• 2 dl lingon, 150 g• ½ dl svensk honung, 70 g• 1½ msk gin TILLBEHÖR • crème fraiche eller gräddfil• salladslök eller gräslök, fint skuren• mörkt, grovt bröd• smör Gör så här 1. Låt sillfiléerna rinna av väl i en sil. Skär filéerna i bitar. 2. Mixa lingonen tillsammans med honung och gin till en slät sås. 3. Blanda sillbitar och sås. Låt stå i kyl i minst 6 timmar. 4.
