I franska konditorier kan du runt jul hitta trädstubbar och kottar av olika slag. Det här är min egen julkotte som är som konfekt. Den håller sig hela julen och den ska avnjutas i små bitar.

MAUD ONNERMARK

Julkotte 1 STOR OCH 2 SMÅ KOTTAR MAZARINBOTTEN • 300 g mandelmassa • 50 g smör, rumsvarmt • 4 ägg APELSINMASSA • 1 ask syltade apelsinskal • 2 msk Cointreau eller annan citruslikör • 400 g mandelmassa CHOKLADTRYFFEL • 100 g mörk choklad • ½ dl vispgrädde • 25 g smör • finrivet skal av 1 ekologisk apelsin • 2 msk Cointreau eller annan citruslikör GARNERING • 200 g sötmandel • 150 g mörk blockchoklad Gör så här 1. Sätt ugnen på 200°. Lägg de syltade apelsinskalen i 2 msk citruslikör. 2. Mazarinbotten: Blanda mandelmassan i bitar med smör i en matberedare.
