Efter middagen är det alltid gott med något fräscht och fruktigt. Nu är det dessutom högsäsong för både citrus och exotiska frukter som piggar upp de flesta desserter.

Exotisk fruktsallad Här kan du variera utifrån vilka frukter du får tag på. Det är också gott att blanda ner färska bär. 6 PORTIONER • 1 mango • 1 liten söt melon • 1 liten klase druvor • 2 sharonfrukter VANILJSOCKERLAG MED LIME • 1 dl vatten • 1 dl strösocker • finrivet skal och saft av 1 lime • ½ vaniljstång Gör så här 1. Vaniljsockerlag: Blanda vatten, socker, rivet limeskal och limesaft i en liten kastrull. Halvera vaniljstången och skrapa ur fröna direkt i lagen. Lägg även i vaniljstången och koka lagen cirka 5 minuter. Kyl den. 2. Ansa, ta bort skal och kärnor och skär frukerna i bitar.
