JAG ÄLSKAR JULEN, och tur är väl det. För att göra en helt ny tidning med bara mina egna jul- och nyårsrecept tar på krafterna. Det är så speciellt, eftersom vi måste vara ute i så god tid. När jag började med julbaket var det 25 grader utomhus och minst 35 grader inomhus av ugnen som stod varm hela dagen. Svetten lackade. Att leta fram jullådor på vinden och hitta julgran och julblommor i september är inte helt lätt. Men jag hade tur i oturen då en stor gran hade vält på min sommarstugetomt och toppen på den och en annan mindre gran fick resa i bilen tillsammans med mossa, enris och lingonris, de hundra milen från Norrbotten hem till Stockholm.
