Using Mail Signatures. You can add a signature to your emails, that is, a short piece of text that’s at the foot of every email you send. A signature is a piece of text that you can add to the foot of your email automatically. To set one or more up, open Mail Preferences (from the Mail menu), click on Signatures in the top bar and then on the account to which you wish to add a signature in the accounts on the left. Click on the ‘+’ button under the middle column to add a signature.
