Det var vel uforlignelige Jennifer Coolidge (The White Lotus), som Stiflers mor i tenåringskomedien American Pie (1999), som gjorde MILF (Mother I’d Like to Fuck) til et allment kjent begrep. Plutselig ble MILF en del av den hverdagslige populærkulturen – og den dag i dag ligger det jevnlig på topp av søkeordene til verdens største erotiske nettsted. For hvem vil vel ikke ha en moden, erfaren og selvsikker kvinne? For ganske nøyaktig ett år siden ble det klart at Warner Media /Discovery vraket HBO-navnet i USA, og da «fusjonerte» Discovery+ med HBO Max, og lanserte den mer altomfattende strømmetjenesten «Max».
