Dros yr haf hwn – ac am y tro cyntaf ers pum mlynedd – mi fydda i’n mynd yn ôl i hen wlad fy Nhadau (a Mamau!). Dw i’n sôn, wrth gwrs, am Italia! Neu’r Eidal fel dan ni’n dweud yma yng Nghymru. Fel plentyn, ac yn ystod fy arddegau, roeddwn i’n mynd i’r Eidal bob blwyddyn efo fy Mam Luisa, fy Nhad Gaetano, a fy chwaer fawr, Cristina. Fel arfer, roedden ni’n teithio yn y car o ogledd Cymru trwy Ffrainc a’r Swistir, ac yna ymlaen at wahanol lefydd o gwmpas yr Eidal i ymweld â theulu.
