Cupcakes de vainilla y crema de frambuesa

Ingredientes • 100 g de mantequilla • 100 g de azúcar • 50 ml de leche, levadura • 15 g de cacao, 2 huevos • 1 cda. de extracto de vainilla, 100 g de harina • 125 g de frambuesas Para la crema: • 300 g de mantequilla • 300 g de azúcar glas • Esencia de frambuesa PREPARA la masa de los cupcakes. Bate la mantequilla ablandada con el azúcar hasta que estén bien integrados. Añade a continuación los huevos de uno en uno y bate hasta incorporarlos. Precalienta el horno a 180°.
