Tehachapi : derrière ce nom amérindien se cache un des lieux les plus durs de la planète, une prison californienne pour détenus ultradangereux, condamnés (souvent dès l’adolescence) à la perpétuité. JR, la star française du street art, y débarque un jour de 2019 à l’initiative d’un producteur de cinéma engagé dans l’action sociale en prison.
