Quand on demande à Angelina Jolie quel air d’opéra elle préfère dans son nouveau film Maria (en salle le 5 février), elle baisse un temps ses grands yeux verts pailletés d’or, se concentre… mais peine à faire un choix. « Il y a, bien sûr, « Vissi d’arte » [le célèbre air où la Tosca de Puccini chante « J’ai vécu d’art, j’ai vécu d’amour », NDLR] parce que je suis une artiste, répond-elle. Mais j’aime par-dessus tout la scène de folie d’Anna Bolena… Une bonne séance de thérapie expliquerait sûrement pourquoi ! » Qui aurait pu, il y a encore quelques années, imaginer Angelina Jolie en double convaincant de Maria Callas chantant du Donizetti sur la scène de la Scala ?
