LA MAFIA DES QUARTIERS « À peine dix jours après mon élection, je rencontre le président du plus gros bailleur social d’Île-de-France. Un ensemble de cinq bâtiments sociaux, 400 logements, où un gang de trafiquants a pris possession des lieux. Les habitants sont terrorisés. Certains ont même été obligés de partir à cause des menaces, d’autres ont été transformés de force en “nourrices”, les dealers cachant la drogue dans leur appartement afin d’échapper aux éventuelles descentes de police et donc aux confiscations. Il me demande l’autorisation de déployer des maîtres-chiens vingt-quatre heures sur vingt-quatre pour permettre aux habitants de rentrer…
