Dana Hernalsteen, ASLA, shares advice after working remotely as a landscape architect for five years (and counting!).

Landscape architect Dana Hernalsteen, ASLA, was drawn to working at Michigan-based GMB Architecture + Engineering five years ago because the remote-first, non-hierarchical firm gave her the flexibility to work from anywhere, and to be in charge of her own schedule and career success.
