Wanneer ’n trust opgerig word, is dit baie belangrik dat die regte trustees aangestel word. Die trustees sal waarskynlik oor die leeftyd van die trust moet verander. Dit is egter nie so eenvoudig om ’n trustee te verwyder nie.
