SPINASIE-PESTO-PASTA Genoeg vir 4 BESTANDDELE 300 g skroefpasta (fusilli)6 eetlepels olie1 groot ui, fyngekap3 knoffeltoontjies, gekneus en fyngekap1 x 300 g-pak spinasieblare, stingels verwyder en blare gesnipperSout en gemaalde swartpeper na smaak½ koppie parmesaan, gerasper¼ koppie ongegeurde volroomjogurt½ teelepel Dijon-mosterd METODE Maak die pasta volgens die instruksies op die pakkie gaar, dreineer en hou eenkant. Verhit 3 eetlepels van die olie in ’n swaarboompan en braai die ui daarin tot sag en deurskynend. Voeg die knoffel by en braai vir nog ’n minuut of twee. Roer die spinasie by, geur met sout en peper en braai vir ongeveer 3 minute saam. Giet die panmengsel in die voedselverwerker.
