On June 5th, 2020, 47 athletes came to Fort Collins, Colorado, for the Poudre Fest. Poudre Fest is an event for Running River Benefits, a nonprofit organization that states, "Our mission is simple; to help families with small children pay their medical bills." The festival was held at the Radman household in Poudre Park on an amazing property about a 15-minute drive up the canyon. The main event is a Stevens Down Race, a 12-mile course on class III/IV.The river was 4.3 feet on the Pineview Gauge on race day, a solid high/medium flow. The gauge is a rock, right above Pineview rapid, spray-painted with lines and numbers. The highlight rapid on the run is Pineview.
