Once the EWWWS camps in Galicia were wrapped up and all students left for their respective home countries, it was time for the coaches to have some fun. And indeed, fun was had as Galicia delivered the best week of creeking of the season just as the Galicia Progression had been emptied of freestyle boats. A posse of class paddlers had gathered in the Progression House near the Portuguese border; David, Agata, and Quim were there after the EWWS camp, Marlene Devillez and Nico Caussanel had driven down from Norway, Nils from Germany, and local hero Antón Aparicio also made an appearance and was feeding the team with the local knowledge that allowed the group to start ticking off all the Class V classics.
