SESSION KAYAKING For many years I've put my focus on becoming the best kayaker I can ever be. The recipe to achieve that has been very simple: Go to places with quality Whitewater where I can easily put in many quality hours sessioning the same section or river day after day after day. Kayaking daily has been a huge aspect of my progression in the sport over the years. I can spend just one day, or two, off the water, and I already feel that I've lost the feeling for my boat and find that my timing is slightly off.
