How did you decide what to paint for the Young Archie competition? H: My art teacher recommended I enter, and asked if I wanted to paint myself or another person. I wanted to paint a male portrait, as I always paint a female. It was my first time entering the Young Archie. For the background, I chose yellow flowers and dark green, inspired by the Mr. Bean cartoon. I didn’t make it too complicated to draw.
