Newcomer Flynn gets started in his role as clinical lead this week – and Holby ED looks set for some big changes! Stevie was shocked when her old medical-school mate revealed that he was taking over as head of the department – the job she previously interviewed for. But Flynn’s in for a big surprise himself when he arrives for his first shift and finds the ED in total chaos. He’s frustrated by ambulance queues, busy corridors and computer issues, but his colleagues just consider this to be normal. Flynn holds a team meeting and sets out his plans to transform the department, with no fear of making enemies.
