Around 10 million Brits suffer from phobias, and in this fascinating new docuseries a fortunate few head to Amsterdam for a one-of-a-kind treatment. At Kindt Clinics, Memrec therapy sees patients confront their worst nightmares in a tailored ‘confrontation room’.
