If you’re looking for the secret formula to a successful new-home build, then this modern farmhouse – called Three Gables – is not far off it. Builder Taf Lewis and his speech pathologist fiancée Brianna Simmons purchased the 803-square-metre block in the picturesque Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney seven years ago.
