TOTAL COST £20,000 When Rebecca and Bob bought their new home off plan, they knew the small, overlooked garden wasn’t going to be ideal, but they were keen to embrace the challenge. ‘This house was the only one in the area with enough bedrooms for our family of five, so we went for it knowing that working on the garden would be our priority when the house was complete and we moved in,’ recalls Rebecca.
