FOX GRANT COTSWOLD SCURRY 1 March Fox Grant Cotswold Scurry, Charlton Abbotts, Glos WILLIAM FOX GRANT won the Cotswold Scurry, which he sponsors, for the second year running on Iona Lad. In 2024, he beat Maurice Linehan by a short head; this time, he was a good length in front of the Melton Hunt Club Ride winners, Georgina Bathurst and Jan Maat. A thrilled William admitted that he had spent four-fifths of his prize money in the bar afterwards. “It was a hell of a good race.
