Sometimes extending or remodelling your existing home isn’t viable, so a garden room can be a feasible project to take on. Be it an office, den for the kids or a place to escape, a garden room can accommodate it all. But before work begins on erecting the room, there’s the matter of permissions. Get this wrong and you could end up having to demolish your new pride and joy.
