Last year was quite a year in the construction industry, with price rises across many materials, Covid-related site shutdowns and shortages of key construction workers to contend with. In this article, I am going to give you an idea of what areas I feel will change this year. BETTER NEWS ON MATERIALS AND PRICES Here we have some good news. Material price rises will not be going up like they have been over the last 12 to 18 months! I have spoken with many suppliers, national and independent, as well as importers, and the prices are set to be more stable.
