Surrounded by Victorian terraced houses, this backland site is enveloped by a green canopy of ash and sycamore trees that helps this new-build five-bedroom home blend into the neighbourhood. The house is made from a striking mix of concrete linear bricks, green zinc cladding and bronze accents, with large glazed openings on the rear façade. Enclosed by neighbours, creating privacy was key, so all windows are orientated across the gardens to minimise views of nearby houses.
