Cambridge Audio kicks off a busy summer with a big revamp for its Bluetooth earbuds. Cliff Joseph drops out and tunes in

It’s been quite a while since Cambridge Audio updated its Melomania earbuds, but it recently launched into a flurry of activity with the Melomania M100 and forthcoming Melomania P100, which will be its first over-ear. The M100 certainly gets off to a good start, providing a major upgrade from what’s come before. It’s a more compact design than the chunky, bullet-shaped earpieces used in previous models. And, along with ordinary silicon ear-tips in three sizes, there are two sets of memory foam tips to provide a good fit. The M100 also has an IPX4 rating for water resistance.
