Cambridge steps into over-ear territory with this stylish update of an already successful design

Cambridge recently updated its Melomania range of earbuds with the M100, which provided good sound quality and effective noise cancelling at a very competitive price. It’s now followed up with the P100, which is the first set of over-ear headphones in the range, providing good value for money at the cost. The P100 doesn’t cut corners to achieve that price, though. Available in black or white, it looks smart and feels very solidly built. Cambridge says it has intentionally opted for firm, responsive control buttons rather than the more popular touch controls used by many rivals. The sturdy design means that the P100 is quite a bit heavier than many rivals, but Cambridge states that it spent “enormous amounts of time and testing” to get the clamping force right on…
