The Duchess of Cornwall had some stellar backing as she championed three causes close to her heart. Camilla, 69, urged people to “pull back the shroud of silence” surrounding domestic violence at a Clarence House reception (below). She told guests, including Sir Patrick Stewart, Julie Walters, Alesha Dixon (bottom right), Baroness Scotland (above) and abuse survivors: “I hope we can talk about what is happening behind closed doors and I hope these brave people have the courage to speak out and to be, in the words of one of our guests, ‘victors not victims’.” Star Trek: The Next Generation actor Sir Patrick, a patron of charity Refuge, told HELLO!: “To hear the Duchess speak and to hear of her support for what Refuge and other groups are doing will have such an…
