Bei der Neugestaltung des Empfangsbereichs im Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe in Hamburg setzte Studio Besau-Marguerre auf Farbe und Klarheit

Ehrwürdigen Altbauten wie dem Hamburger Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe mangelt es selten an Raumwirkung, oft aber an einer klaren Wegführung und schnellen Orientierung. Diesem Makel wirkt jetzt die umfassende Neugestaltung des Empfangsbereichs entgegen, entwickelt vom Hamburger Designbüro Studio Besau-Marguerre in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Büro swpArchitekten. Ein neues, starkes Farbkonzept in Blau, Gelb und vier Terrakottanuancen dient als Leitsystem. Für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und ein warmes Willkommen der Besucherinnen und Besucher sorgen außerdem Holzoberflächen, Wollstoffe und Teppiche, die zusammen mit Spezialdecken und Wandpaneelen auch die Akustik verbessern.
