PRADA A Prada collection is never without its subtexts, all of which fan out in various directions but ultimately converge into one impactful point under the expert navigation of its commander-in-chief, Miuccia Prada. Such is the case with the brand’s latest collection, where reference points ran the gamut from the concept of protection to the New Elegance—while always looking at the brand’s history as a tether to the present. Mrs Prada is a feminist who always thinks about women’s rights, so she conveyed the first idea through the use of velcro, which fastened jackets and skirts around the chest and waist like an embrace.
