THE PHRASE “IT FEELS LIKE HOME” can mean many things, but more often than not, what we’re referring to when we say it isn’t a physical place. It can be a familiarity or something that reminds us of where we came from or the influences that surrounded us or color our earliest memories. It can also be something we’ve never experienced before, something we’ve longed to feel and have finally found, a safety or a sense of belonging.
