Malena Erman om utmattningen och depressionen: ”TAPPAR ORD OCH KALLSVETTAS!”

● För åtta år sedan drabbades Malena Ernman, 52, av utmattning och depression. I Femina säger Malena att hon på ett sätt är tacksam över att ”hårddisken blev full” när hon var i vuxen ålder. – Jag gick in i väggen och i dag är jag ute med en erfarenhet om hur min kropp fungerar. Jag upplever en trötthet men jag kan hantera det bra. Jag vet hur mycket jag orkar och att jag måste vila i bland. Jag är i bättre form än någonsin röstmässigt och hatar att vara ledig. Att jobba har varit andningshålet. Däremot finns inte den lilla extra orken att socialisera. Jag går inte på fester och går inte ut, träffar jag vänner så är det en i taget. Jag tappar fortfarande orden och kallsvettas ibland... – Men…
