Sanna Bråding har egna strategier att hantera sitt liv: ”DIAGNOSER ÄR NÅGOT VI HITTAT PÅ!”

● Som 15-åring fick Sanna Bråding, 45, rollen som ”Tanja” i TV4-såpan ”Tre Kronor”. Tittarsiffrorna var skyhöga och Sanna blev igenkänd precis överallt. – Ganska snabbt blev jag förbjuden att gå själv på stan. Jag hade stalkers efter mig och det stod folk med blommor utanför porten. För mig blev det för mycket att hantera. Kändisskapet tog mitt inre, men jag blev inte elak vilket andra kan bli, berättar Sanna i podcasten ”Brottarbröder”. DET ENDA SANNA upplevde att hon kunde kontrollera var sin egen kropp. Hon slutade äta, drabbades av anorexi och utvecklade ett träningsmissbruk. Slutet av högstadiet, och hela gymnasietiden, var ett ständigt smusslande. – Jag packade dubbla träningskläder på morgnarna så att mina föräldrar inte skulle se att jag tränade dubbla pass, minns Sanna vars ena knä förstördes…
