● Petter Northug, 39, fann kärleken i friidrottsstjärnan Rachel Nordtomme, 35, år 2008. Under tre års tid var de ett av Norges hetaste par, innan de plötsligt gick skilda vägar. Nu berättar skidstjärnan vad som hände. År 2018 släppte Northug han självbiografin ”My Story”. I boken berättar han om när han togs för rattfylla år 2014, men även om sin tidigare relation med Nordtomme. I boken skriver han att de båda elitidrottarna träffades flertalet gånger i ungdomen under olika idrottssammanhang. Trots att han tyckte om henne så vågade han knappt prata med henne.
