When it comes to frontier artists, it’s likely that you haven’t heard of Richard Luce. But once you’ve seen his work, you’ll wish you had heard of Luce a lot earlier and likely want to know more about the man behind the paintings. Luce, a 73-year-old artist who resides in Crestwood, Kentucky, has been painting mostly commissioned works full time for the past several decades, and his galleries around the United States prove the popularity of his work. His paintings have been featured in movies, TV specials, numerous book and magazine covers, as well as articles.
