TRIUMPH RETROUVE LA COMPÉTITION

Triumph sera de nouveau officiellement représenté en compétition cette saison. Le début d’un projet à long terme pour la firme d’Hinckley qui, plusieurs années après la disparition de la Daytona de sa gamme, engagera sa dernière Street Triple 765 RS en British Supersport. Un roadster qui prend, pour l’occasion, des allures de sportive aux couleurs du très sérieux team PTR de Simon Buckmaster et sera emmené en 2021 par Kyle Smith et Brandon Paasch. Mais l’objectif de Triumph est bel et bien de rejoindre le championnat du monde Supersport dès 2022 grâce à un aménagement du règlement qui devrait lui permettre d’engager son trois-cylindres de 765 cm3.…
