Manuel Puccetti en 16 dates

1996: à dix-huit ans, Manuel se lance dans la grande aventure du sport moto. Comme beaucoup, il use ses premiers cuirs dans les championnats régionaux, où il roule en 125. 1998: désormais en 250, l’Italien obtient quelques places d’honneur en Trophée Aprilia Challenge. Il y reste deux saisons. 2001: il délaisse les cylindres à trous pour rejoindre le monde du quatre-temps. Pour sa première saison avec ce type de machines, il dispute le championnat italien de Supersport, au guidon d’une R6 de l’équipe Eros Motor. 2002: il lance officiellement sa propre structure. Alors qu’il doit renoncer à la mi-saison après s’être lourdement blessé, Puccetti surveille de près ses autres pilotes. Il a en effet engagé trois gamins en 125.
