La Chine débarque en endurance

Après l’aventure du team Zongshen au début des années 2000, la Chine remet à nouveau un pied en championnat du monde d’endurance en 2021. Mais cette fois, c’est au travers du manufacturier de pneu Kingtyre, inconnu dans nos contrées, qui équipait la modeste Kawasaki du team Fullgas Racing aux dernières 24 Heures Motos. Une marque née à Tianjin en 2015 et qui a déjà produit 220 000 pneus par an avec l’intention de pénétrer prochainement le marché européen. En attendant, les gommes chinoises ont tenu la distance dans la Sarthe avec la 27e place finale et pas moins de 755 tours bouclés!…
