Johann, comme tu le dis dans ton film L’Audace d’un champion, ta décision de signer chez KTM n’était pas totalement la tienne, mais aussi celle de ton ex-manager. Est-ce que tu es monté sur la RC16 avec le moindre doute? Au moment où je monte sur la RC16, j’étais habité par l’envie de bien faire. Je terminais avec de bonnes sensations sur la Yamaha, avec un bon niveau, prêt à me battre. Et je pensais trouver un avantage avec KTM: quelque chose qui compense les petites faiblesses que pouvait avoir la Yamaha M1. Le côté moteur, le couple, la traction.
