Après 15 ans, quatre titres mondiaux et des souvenirs en pagaille, Valentino Rossi a fait ses adieux au team usine Yamaha au soir du Grand Prix du Portugal 2020. Il n’était pas le seul: les mécaniciens Alex Briggs (Australie) et Brent Stevens (Nouvelle-Zélande) ont arrêté là, eux aussi. Mais en 2021, Valentino rejoindra le Sepang Racing Team, qui a remporté le plus d’épreuves cette année: 6 contre un seul pour le team Factory (Viñales à Misano).
