Set Up and Use Google Drawings

Google Drawings allows you to create, share and edit documents online and collaborate with others by inviting them to view your edits. You can even chat with others from within the app, in real-time, before you save or publish your drawings online as an image or in many other image formats.

Create a New Drawing Step 1 ❱ To start creating drawings in Google Docs, go to your Docs list, click the NEW button and select Drawing from the More menu. Then, using the menu options and buttons in the toolbar, you can create flow charts, design diagrams and other drawings. Step 2 ❱ Click on the tools at the top of the screen to select them. These range from arrows, lines and poly-lines, to shapes and text boxes. You can also insert images or photos using the image button.
