ADDRESSING AUSTRALIA’S FOOD CRISIS It’s an idea whose time has come. In response to the ongoing climate emergency as well as production and supply shortfalls highlighted by the global pandemic, a group of thinkers have trained their sights on revolutionising Australia’s food industry. An initiative called Sustainable Table aims to bring together food producers, land stewards, advocates, funders and change makers to find new approaches to regenerative food production.
