Having recently moved on from our tree-change property, a place we loved for 12 years, it was a bittersweet pleasure to visit the spectacular bush block that former ABC weatherman Graham Creed shares with his partner Bridgit.
Perched in the hills near Stroud in the Upper Hunter, Eagles Reach enjoys steep bucolic views in all directions and every room in the couple’s lovely hemp home takes in a different picture-perfect outlook.
In many ways it reminded us of our former home. Despite being rather less vertical than Eagles Reach, it also boasted spectacular views and the kind of serenity that’s almost impossible to find in a town or city.
