If you love the idea of picking your very own fresh, crisp, organic capsicums straight from the bush and heading to the kitchen to cook up a storm, then read on. There are many different forms and colours, too. Some are long and look more like chillies; others can be small and round, while the giant varieties are great for stuffing. Originating in South and Central America, the capsicum is thought to have been part of the human diet since 7500 BCE.
