NORTH AFRICAN VEGETABLE SOUP

An adventurous yet simple recipe with ingredients that are easily found, this hearty vegan and gluten–free soup is easy to prepare and sure to satisfy. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with wedges of toasted flatbread or pita.
