It’s winter for most of us, and what do we think about planting in winter? Well, apart from the peas, brassicas, lettuces and root vegies, that is. Yes, fruit! Often, as food gardeners, we’re inclined to think about vegies and herbs a lot more of the time, which is understandable when you consider most of them are annuals.
