About good design cafe
ここ数年、サードウェーブ・コーヒーの流れに乗って、さまざまなカフェがオープンを迎えました。『good design cafe』は、それらのカフェを空間デザインの視点から紹介します。コーヒースタンドから和カフェまで、50件を掲載。こだわりの一杯を求めて人々が集い、新たなコミュニケーションが生まれる空間はどのようにして生まれるのか。写真や図面を交えながら、オーナーの思いやデザイナーとのやりとりなどを通して、具現化までの過程を探っていきます。また巻末には、実際に訪れることができるよう、マップを掲載。カフェを手掛ける空間デザイナーだけでなく、開業希望者やカフェ好きな方にとっても、注目の一冊です。
